How to live a Happy Life
Journey of Hearts
A Healing Place in CyberSpace TM

This list, whose author is unknown, was given to me by one of the staff members in medical records where I completed my residency training. Although still dealing with the death of her mother, she was able to pass on this information to me, passing on good tips and a "reality check" to me, during some of the down days of my residency. I, in turn, shared this list with the residents that I was working with, later with office staff members and now on this website.
